I bought a meaco dehumidifier from Appliance Direct a couple of years ago which developed a fault. Appliance Direct collected the dehumidifier but despite being unable to replicate the fault replaced it immediately without any fuss at no cost (next day delivery). The service was seamless. Staff were friendly and efficient. I will certainly use Appliances Direct again when purchasing electrical appliances.
