I'm always a little cautious when ordering online from a company first time having been scammed before, but cannot recommend Appliances Direct enough. Price was better than elsewhere, delivery was very speedy (quicker than expected) and customer service was superb when dealing with a minor subsequent issue - immediate response to a query and resolution within 24 hours. So much better than the vast majority I've dealt with.
