The hob was in good shape and looked beautiful. But sadly the delivery service did not match its quality of hob.
I was told the hob would be delivered between 1-2 pm. I had an installer waiting at the property, on the fourth floor, all day. On his way home, he found the item at the entrance of the building. It turned out that the deliverer had dropped the item at the building's entrance without bothering to inform us. The installer had to come back the following day to install the hob.
