Ordered a fridge freezer. Web site said it was in stock. Was given a delivery date 2 days in advance. Day before delivery got a call about insuring fridge. Declined insurance as usual. One hour later got a call. There will be a 2 week delay on delivery. Something about the manufacturer imposing tariffs. Cancelled order. Poor customer services.
Ordered from John Lewis who said it was not in stock. CHEAPER. Delivered in 1 week less than sleazy outfit of appliances-direct said it would take.
