Absolutely Appalling Customer Service I received a product that was faulty and needed new parts. After chasing Appliances Direct for almost 3 months and getting nowhere I had to speak with the manufacture directly and organise myself. Which I managed to do in two calls. One to the manufacture and one of the manufacture calling me. No compensation was offered from Appliances Direct for the time or money spent which on calls which was over £30, and I received nothing but apathy from the Appliances Direct support team, who for some reason could not pick up a phone to the supplier or follow up an email efficiently. Very very poor to say the least.
