They were fast to respond to the problem with the delivered unit and organised its return on the same day. They later offered an alternative unit as they were out of stock of the returned item and delivered that the next day. I was kept informed throughout. This is the fifth domestic appliacnce I have purchaced from Appliances Direct and I have so far never had a problem with their service.
