Multiple calls to "describe the delivery" which was just an excuse to upsell their insurance. I was told it would be a two man delivery because the item was heavy but it was a one man courier (DPD) with a very poor attitude. I was told I would receive a one hour slot on the morning of the delivery by text and a call from the driver 30 minutes before delivery. No communication received at all. Box was stored incorrectly on the vehicle (orientation arrows were clearly a mystery) and the box was badly damaged. I was told I had to help him because the box was heavy. Luckily I was able to help but having been told it was a two man delivery my wife could have been there. The box was dumped in the middle of the drive when the driver couldn't carry it any further even though I was helping. Not really "delivered". The delivery was on the correct day but since I didn't get a time slot I can't say whether it was on-time or not.
