I telephoned AD to arrange a return and refund for an additional Vent purchased for an air conditioning unit. The Vent was not required as the Air Con had its own Venting system.
Arranged return ,they agreed to accept return and since have fobbed me off. Difficult to contact. Have now sought reclaim via Credit Card Co.
Will never use this Company again. Please be warned
