I ordered a dehumidifier and when we used it there was water coming from where it shouldn’t be. I rang customer services and got through immediately, they transferred me to a technician who helped on the phone. I had to return the item for checking and was offered a full refund including the postage. Both delivery and collection were agreed in advance and communication throughout was very good. I would recommend using Appliance Direct as the service was great.
