Received a faulty dehumidifier contacted Customer service. The service team arranged a collection of the item next day. Once the courier had the item I then received an update telling me a new dehumidifier had been despatched. Customer Service was brilliant in dealing with the issue, would 100% recommend Appliances Direct and will be using again. Replacement dehumidifier working perfectly. Thank you
