When I contacted them regarding a faulty desk fan which stopped working after using it twice, they responded to me promptly and sent me a new one after I sent them additional pictures and a video of the faulty one as requested. The replacement has been working well and I love it. I really appreciate their quick response in this hot weather as this is for my 3-year old boy's room at night since his room is the hottest here! Thank you very much.
