I cannot fault them. I originally ordered an integrated fridge freezer and had no knowledge of the different fixings and I ordered the wrong one! The delivery men apologised, explained and took the fridge freezer back. Long story short: I eventually spoke to a nice lady named Syka who sorted it out for me in short order, with politeness and humour, and my fridge freezer, with correct fittings, was installed the same week, and is now happily purring away in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.
