Originally bought a dehumidifier from Appliances Direct and was pleased with product and quick delivery, however after 6 months the product stopped working and I thought I was in for a long arduous process. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong , they bent over backwards to make sure I had a replacement as quickly as possible, emails were answered straight away and I was kept informed as to the progress of my new dehumidifier all the way. I cannot fault them as a company, great range of products at reasonable prices and as important, great customer services.
