I ordered a TV for a meeting Monday morning, paid Saturday delivery. No delivery, no updates, a 15 pound refund useless to me when I needed the TV this morning.
No details on APC Overnight tracking, couldn't call or speak to anyone, promised a call by 11am. Amusing it's 11am, no phone call - no tracking details, no idea when the order will show up or if its going to show up.
