We bought a Smeg fridge freezer from this company , it arrived fine just 2 days after we ordered it, however it turned out to be faulty , Appliancesdirect direct contacted Smeg to arrange for an engineer to call to verify the fault , this he did , Appliancesdirect arranged it to be returned and we received our full refund 3 working days later , well done Appliancesdirect, thank you .
