Exchanged a lpg gas oven that was faulty within warranty after pacifica who have the contract for warranty repair made the decision it was not repairable. Appliances Direct sorted it all out and I have no qualms about doing future business again with them. The team here especially Anna who I dealt with were superb. Thankyou very much we are now cooking on gas again!
