bought a hotpoint fridge after a month it started to condensate badly ruining the food inside the hotpoint engineer came tolook at it but he said it was beyond repair as it was damaged on the under side and I had to go back to appliances direct to get a new one but they do not answer my e.mails .but promise to look into and for example today the 11.11.2016 said they would phone back by five pm.but they did not reply .this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.i now have a fridge that is no good at all.
