Had a new cooker hood delivered as first one was damaged,but appliance direct I cannot fault.as it was collected and a new one dispatched very quickly.
But unfortunately the new one was damaged inside,but I managed to sort it out.but again I cannot fault appliances direct I believe hotpoint has cut down on their packaging and this is what causes damage.
But I will definitely use appliances direct again,great service and no quibble return.great to see a company treat their customers right,brilliant job.
