I purchased an oil-filled panel heater for my daughter who has recently purchased a property in an old converted school in a remote village. The delivery was clearly a difficult one for the courier as the entrance wasn't easily spotted, yet he persevered having to make a phone call to me for guidance. Without further ado he located the entrance and carried the appliance to the second floor for my daughter. A first class service and delivery exactly when asked for.
