Unfortunately the microwave was faulty. I called AD and was told to phone Russell Hobbs who gave me a code number to give to AD. Called AD back and they didn’t recognise the number. After quite a few phone calls back and forth between both companies I finally spoke to someone at AD who got to the bottom of it all . The microwave was due to be uplifted by DPD who didn’t show so that was more phone calls between DPD and AD. Eventually a few days later DPD did collect the item. I eventually got my refund back from AD.
