Ordering the appliance went smoothly but notice of delivery was sent, on the day of delivery after I had left he house, so so it was not delivered. The next delivery attempt was abandoned because I could not provide the "Pin Number" quickly enough (3or4 minutes) so the driver left again with the appliance. There followed a further notice of delivery, I stayed in with the pin number to hand, but no delivery was made.
I contacted the delivery Company with little success. I contacted Appliance Direct Customer Services and received fantastic service. I was advised that my appliance was being returned to them, a new appliance was being sent and it arrived on time.
So, overall experience 4 Stars but the Courier could have improved the score.
