On the whole I'm happy with company, though the offer of free removal & recycling of the old fridge was somewhat, I had to pay the £24.98 & then get a refund though customer service. I'd say the delivery driver was the real hero, on his own on a trolley he pulled a fridge freezer up a flight of 14 concrete stairs from the entrance door, give that man pay rise
