My score is not aimed directly at Appliance Direct. Their customer service prior and post service was exceptional. Price of products excellent. The service falls down with DPD delivery company. Horredous delivery company after 3 attempts to get them to deliver had to abandon and cancel order and get a refund. I would buy all my appliances from this company, but unfortunately not with DPD as their means of delivery.
