Personally I could fault any of the process with my dealings with Appliances Direct. I found using the website very easy to use along with various options that were offered. It was so refreshing not to have been exposed to any sales pressuring techniques that go on in other companies. Finally, the attention to detail about the time of delivery was excellent, together with the courteous nature of the driver.
First class service, and I give Appliances DIrect 20 out of 10. Thank you. Steve. A happy customer.
