I ordered an item on 20th Feb 17 and paid for a selected day delivery. The item was apparently dispatched through DX delivery but it never came and there was no communication as to why it was not delivered. I then cancelled the order and asked for a refund as the item never reached me. they are refusing to refund until the item reaches their warehouse. Absolute nonsense as the item never reached me, but a brick wall of a customer service lady called Gemma Coyne just won't reason except repeat to you is a company policy.
avoid them like a plague. absolute useless.
