Had no problem with delivery, driver notified me 30mins before delivery (which was on time slot) well packed, but on installing rangemaster D/oven noticed a blemish nr printed rangemaster name, rang company very nice person answered quickly, she was very helpfull and said could you send Photos (which i did) and she said they can replace or if we where happy to keep oven they would refund £39 ,so accepted refund, which I thought was very good as it wasnt there fault it had a blemish it came from the factory like that, so top marks from me.
