Haven’t even received my item yet
Paid for next day delivery for a fridge freezer for it to not turn up!
Called through and BEST thing they could do is rebook for TUESDAY that’s 4 days without a fridge! With kids!
Called through today as wanting a refund for the next day delivery payment and for some compensation of the food shop I did to go through it all lady said she’ll put me on hold to see what she can do and hung up on me 10 minutes later!
