I would site them as a fraudulent company. The attitude to when my air conditioner went faulty was. 'well you obviously broke it yourself so we'll only fix it if you pay for it'
They refused to converse via their message system and would only speak over the phone. presumably so there is no written record of their activities when they're taken to court by their customers, sorry not customer victims.
