I've not had this poor a service since the early days of the internet. Product was delivered with leaking refrigerant. There was a total disregard for health and safety from the company. I've had to spend over £50 in calls to get them to pick up the item after I had to wait in another morning for this. They have refused to offer a refund on the next day delivery or for the costs of the phone calls and I've still not had any contact since returning the item. I have been chasing this up with calls and e-messages on their system but I haven't managed to get through. I would recommend paying more money for better, more reliable customer service elsewhere.
