I purchased an air conditioning unit which short circuited and is now jammed on. I complained and was told that I had obviously broken it and I would have to pay to have it repaired. Ended up filing a charge back against them.
They also appropriated Debenhams Logo in order to falsely portray themselves as a reputable company.
Refused to discuss it via their message system which is listed as their preferred method. Presumably so there was no written record of their lies.
