I ordered a frost free under counter fridge and freezer and was under the impression I'd got what I asked for until frost appeared in the freezer Phoned them and was told they'd need to listen to my recording of when I ordered it Got a phone call the next day and was told there was no mention of me asking for a frost free freezer I argued that I did and that I had a quote I'd got before my kitchen was finished and it was for a frost free freezers why would I order a manual defrost when I'd gave a perfect working one away But oh god you try and get through to them that they messed up my order then good luck I've no receipts with order numbers on them which they were saying I quoted! Hah I sent them the otiginal quote five days ago and they're just ignoring me so I'm now left to sell a freezer I never asked for to get the one I want and it won't be off appliances direct Absolutely terrible company who have treated me appallingly Stay away from them!
