Ordered an appliance Tuesday and paid for next day delivery. Arranged to work from home Wednesday and appliance did not turn up. Called them Thursday morning and they told me that it would not be arriving today either, yes had arranged to work from home a second day. Asked for a refund and they seem to be stating that is only possible if it is returned by their couriers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
