How are there any good reviews from this company? I've ordered from them twice in 6-months. Both TV's have come badly damaged. Dealing with there customer support is done one message a day through a stupid online portal. I'm having to send no end of pictures and so far it's been 11 days from my initial inquiry to say the TV don't work - and I'm no closer to it being picked up!!
And as mentioned this is the second time it's happened. They need to sort something out, learn how to use the phone or just answer messages quickly!
I've also had to get my delivery charge returned, TWICE, as they take a lot longer than whenever they say it'll be here. If it's next day, it's next day to there courier, not your front door.
