Selling low-quality products for mass consumption, sending the small print in invisible form and offering an extremely poor customer service with impossible conditions. Their delivery and installment company [hires] people who do not know the features of the product and its parts, do not speak English and the customer is left translating what they need at the time of installment. I want to know who trains the delivery company and how Appliances Direct exists by being such a scam, literally charging customers for impossible situations and relying on their non-customer-oriented terms and conditions.
