the worst company I ever bought anything from, you take days off work for deliveries that don't turn up. if something goes wrong they are a nightmare to deal with, even after the manufacturer gave me a replacement authorisation code they are still unhelpful, you send them information which you are then asked you to send a gain. It can take days to get a reply from an email and when they promise to get back to you within 48 hours they don't. If you try and telephone it's a premium rate number and your left on hold for ages clocking up charges. It's strange how negative reviews don't appear on their website but if you look else where there's hundreds of them. Don't be fooled by the reviews on their website and go elsewhere. there are plenty of other companies that charge the same prices and have fantastic customer service and you don't get ripped off when you need to contact them about a problem
