I ordered a matching washing machine and tumble dryer, the money was taken in full from my bank account on the 8th August, I then had to wait until 18th August for delivery. The delivery only had the dryer on it and customer services couldn't tell me where the washing machine was or when it would be delivered, I therefore refused the dryer as I didn't want to be stuck with an item that couldn't be matched or indeed have to wait another few weeks for the washing machine.I cancelled the order and on 22nd August I have had to chase the company for a refund of my money.They will not refund until they know they have the goods but they will find out hopefully soon and will refund but it will take another 1- 2 days to reach my account! Not very impressed at all.
