Appalling level of customer service. I placed my order 6 weeks ago and paid £500. For the past 6 weeks the website has shown it out for delivery, even though they told me they have no stock. Still waiting, not receiving any replies to emails, etc.
Never ever again. Back to AO.com for good this time.
