Item dimensions stated incorrectly on their site so the item was not suitable. The Customer Service Department is always very difficult to reach and you will spend a considerable amount of time in a queue. When you finally speak to someone the answer is always 'it is not our fault'. They will charge an exorbitant fee to return the item (£149 - over four times the delivery charge) which is perhaps to deter returns. I am out of pocket for the originally delivery fee and return fee and I am still waiting to be refunded for the item. Avoid at all costs. They are not worth the time, hassle, stress and expense.
