Purchased a mobile phone from them via tesco direct,after 2 months it developed a fault making it unusable, after 3 phone calls and sitting in for 2 afternoons it was'nt picked up,they managed this on 3rd attempt.After being told it would be sorted out within 10days ,repaired,exchanged or money returned. Contacted them again via Tesco,to be informed it is being repaired awaiting parts and could be up to 28days from day they recieved it,no refund of money possible.totally useless company.I would not touch them with someone else bargepole
