Appliance delivered the next day, but no email or call to confirm delivery window (as is promised on the website), we had to chase them - very poor. Appliance couldn't be installed by them as the inlet hose has a big component attached to it and didn't fit in the existing units - wasn't their fault but wasn't clear on the manufacturers website either. I think that if the appliance cannot be fitted, but the customer has paid for this up front, then the cost of installation should be refunded.
