bought a cubot dinasour mobile phone on 29 january 2017.
Dec 2017 the LCD screen went blank. Took it down to Applaince Direct with receipt and was told after a week that it is not covered under warranty.
When i bought the phone was told about the year warranty.
They do not like honouring the warranty.
