Awful delivery service. They do not bring items up any stairs. I asked for them to wait 5 minutes so I could try and lift the fridge freezer myself to ensure it fit round the stairs ok - they refused. The guys called head office who said I must sign for the package and it was left on my doorstop - awful. Unless you are ok with a delivery to your door only - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
