Bought through appliances direct for their next day delivery, except it wasn't. waited in all day did not hear a thing. As website says item could be delivered up to 8pm i did not call until 8pm at which point the lines were closed. When i did call they said the delivery could not be made on the arranged day and that they had left a message on my answer phone, except they didn't. Advice to future customers, if you can wait a few extra days go somewhere else as i wouldn't rely on their next day delivery(John Lewis similar price when allowing for delivery costs)
