spoke to these people on chat twice. Both times they tried to tell me that a Miele dishwasher was end-of-line. Miele have said that it isn't end of line.
On the second conversation they also told me that they are an approved Miele dealer. I've looked on the Miele Dealer locator and they are nowhere to be seen.
Be very careful - if the sales advice is this bad, just think what the after-sales customer service must be like.
