Ths company appear to be good on the surface, however be warned...they are full of empty promises. They called the day prior to delivery saying one item was no longer available. We had no choice but to accept an inferior model or wait and pay another delivery charge. Delivery men would only deliver one item down stairs into flat. They were eventually persuaded to take second item and damaged this in the process. They did not take away the packaging which we paid for. Customer services just give the usually empty apology-say it was our fault and gave us £4 for packaging....find another company-there are plenty out there.
