Appliances Direct delivered a dehumidifier which was clearly faulty. I followed the return advice on the website, I even emailed a video of the product 3 times and still no satisfaction. I have been waiting 2 weeks to return a faulty product and they are not interested. I now will have to start legal proceedings just to get my money back Take my advice and avoid this retailer.
