The service from your firm ,from beginning to end, was exemplary. The delivery day was given upon placing the order and the delivery men did not drive their vehicle onto our house drive but pushed the Electric Oven from their van and took all the wrappings, plus our old oven away.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a credit to your outfit.
Britain would be even greater if every firm could do business the same.
