Delivery delayed as only one item in stock but when contacted they were very helpful and dispatched the large item (dehumidifier) and put the smaller item (filter) on hold and the order was then delivered on the due date. The product is excellent and does all it says it will do and has removed a lot of moisture from our 3 bedroomed bungalow.
