The dishwasher was delivered swiftly, customer service was really good but very disappointed that courier company didn't unpack or take away packaging, even though we had paid for this - they didn't even get it into the house, we used our own trolley sack. That slightly ruined the experience for us as the packaging hung around for a week until bin day!
