They gave us wrong delivery day and delayed 2 weeks. We had bought a service to get the fridge into our second floor apartment and get the old fridge for recycling. The courier's refused to bring the fridge freezer upstairs and never got back.our old appliance. As a result we had to pay extra to recycle through our municipality. We had to call them twice and threaten with legal action to get a refund for a service they never provided. Ignorant, appalling company.
